Serve as primary Salesforce system admin and first-level support Deliver system enhancements, UAT testing, and integration QA Support user onboarding, training, reporting and dashboard development We’re seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our Information Services team to support the ongoing Salesforce program of work. In this hands-on role, you’ll manage and improve our Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, and Marketing Cloud), working closely with business stakeholders and our Salesforce Partner to provide end-user support, system maintenance, enhancements, data quality oversight, and training. This is a critical role in supporting CRM performance and adoption across the business. What will you do? •Act as the primary Salesforce system administrator across Sales Cloud, Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud Provide front-line CRM support and triage support tickets • Manage users, security settings, workflows, dashboards and reports • Monitor and QA system integrations and automations (Omnistudio, Journey Builder) • Support UAT testing and release management documentation • Deliver CRM training and maintain user guides and process documentation • Build reports and dynamic dashboards to support business insights • Work closely with our Salesforce Partner on enhancements and future development • Collaborate with business stakeholders on CRM projects and continuous improvement What do you need? •Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator (minimum 2–3 years) •Current Salesforce Administrator Certification • Experience with Salesforce Flows, Profiles, Roles and Lightning Pages • Strong skills in Marketing Cloud – Email Studio, Journey Builder and Content Builder • Working knowledge of Apex, Omnistudio and triggers (desirable) • SQL/SOQL experience and strong data management capabilities • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving • Familiarity with QA/test cycles, UAT and release documentation How do I apply?
