CG Recruitment are seeking a dedicated Production Worker/Forklift Driver to join our clients team based in Guildford who specialise in the manufacturing of Urethane mining parts. Key Responsibilities: Mix and batch ingredients Assemble and dismantle molds Operate Meter-Mix machiners for manufacturing of urethane mining parts. Assist in the production process, including mold preparation and product finishing. Casting of urethane rollers, rods, wheels and other parts. Load and unload products in/out of ovens Counterbalance Forklift and overhead crane operation Ideal Experience: Previous experience in a mechanical or trade-related role. Knowledge of welding or trade assistance activities. Experience working with molds in a manufacturing environment. Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently. Skills and Qualifications: Forklift license (essential). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.
