About You : - Position Summary : An exciting opportunity exists to join our team! We are looking for a passionate, committed and incredible person with skills across the retail and digital spheres to join our team in the role of Store Manager & E-commerce Assistant at our flagship store in Brunswick. You will be passionate and enthusiastic about Kuwaii products, our slow fashion values and delivering exceptional service to our very loyal customer base in addition to being highly efficient in managing the day-to-day operations of your store and team, whilst assisting the Senior E-Commerce Co-ordinator with the running of our online store. The successful individual will be exceptional ambassadors for our brand, have previous retail and online or order fulfilment experience (in a small business setting!) and be detailed and creative in their approach. Our ideal candidate would also be interested in digital marketing - there's an opportunity for you to work on compelling content for our social media as well! Key Requirements : At least one year of experience in a boutique retail store Proven experience in e-comm or order fulfilment Proven sales philosophy & incredible way with customers Powerful leading skills and business orientation People and customer management skills Strong organisational skills Great communication and interpersonal skills Ability to propose innovative ideas to increase market share Some experience in content creation would be a plus! Job Responsibility : Retail Store Management You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our Brunswick store, and providing exceptional customer service to our amazing customers. We expect you to meet your budgets, and exceed them! Maintain the highest level of customer care and operational performance of your boutique. Consistently drive sales through communication and motivation. Effective management of inventory and financials, loss prevention and average sale amount. Improve customer experience, product and services. Enhance up-sells, promotional opportunities and increase sales. Manage VIP customer engagement, nurturing existing VIP clientele and generating new VIPS. Maintain consistent communication levels with internal and external customers, head office and other stores. Provide feedback on opportunities on product and seasonal store buys. To lead by example in the level of customer care and company culture. Maintain a consistently exceptional level of presentation and set an example to our other team members. E-commerce Assistant Working collaboratively with the Senior E-Commerce Co-ordinator at our beautiful Brunswick store, you will assist in the day-to-day running of our online store, contributing to the improvement of the online experience for our customers.
