Rare opportunity for an administration assistant Your new company Our client is a renowned architecture firm based in the central Gold Coast. They pride themselves on design excellence through an experimental and collaborative process. The firm works on residential and commercial projects, including residential housing, townhouses, retirement villages, offices, recreation facilities, retail, and applications. Your new role As an administration assistant, youll play an integral part in managing the front-of-house desk. Youll report to the Financial Manager and assist them with administration procedures. Your duties and responsibilities include: Managing front of house reception desk Greeting clients and meeting preparation Email and phone correspondence Screening phone calls and directing them accordingly Handling enquiries Postal and courier management Scheduling and booking travel arrangements Document management and filing Prepare purchase order for Director approval Event coordination: lunches, mid-year functions and Christmas parties Ensure cleanliness of all workspaces Preparing Fee proposals ABN/ASIC searches for new clients Draft and process final invoices including preparation of time and cost breakdowns and scope of service variations What you'll need to succeed 3-year experience in a similar role Excellent communication and organisation skills Experience using Bill quick, BDA systems and Docusign Proficient in Microsoft Suit What you'll get in return Youll be working in a prime Gold Coast location in a collaborative and dynamic team with a competitive salary.
