Job Description Key Responsibilities: In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you'll be the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, playing a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through to after-sales support. Your responsibilities will include: Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat. Manage orders, refunds, cancellations, and warranty claims using Freshdesk and Netsuite. Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, escalating complex issues as needed. Liaise with suppliers on stock availability and order updates. Log and track order issues and website errors to support continuous improvement. Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining deep product knowledge and a professional attitude. Key Attributes: Previous experience in customer service or sales, ideally within a call centre environment. A genuine interest in fitness and wellness, with hands-on troubleshooting experience (FMCG preferred). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to build relationships. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency with technology, including Google Suite, Excel, Gmail, and Netsuite. Positive, motivated attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Strong organisation and time management skills, able to work both independently and in a team.
