To thrive in this role, you will have: Previous Executive Assistant / Senior Administrative Assistant experience Demonstrated experience working with senior executives and working in a complex environment involving multiple stakeholders Strong experience in diary management, meeting coordination and complex support Proficiency in the use of MS Office, Word Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Exceptional time management and organisational skills The ability to self-direct and self-manage Experience in a health care setting is desirable Excellent interpersonal and communication skills on all levels You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining: A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
