Job Description Managing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping Assisting with scheduling meetings, including venue booking and agenda preparation Handling incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls Providing support to the team by coordinating schedules and appointments Preparing reports and presentations as required Ensuring office supplies are maintained and restocked when necessary Contributing to the overall efficiency of the team The Successful Applicant A successful Admin Officer should have: A knack for multitasking and prioritising tasks effectively Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of office procedures and administrative tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team Please note that successful applicants must hold valid authority to work in Australia to be applicable.
