How You Will Make Contributions That Matter: Join our friendly and growing team in Simpson, VIC. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be part of a small, close-knit team on site and over 3,000 colleagues across Australia. Your responsibilities will include: Providing genuine customer service and assisting customers with pricing and product queries. Processing point of sale (POS) transactions. Assisting with store setup and merchandise displays. Receiving inwards goods, unpacking orders, and deliveries. Performing general banking tasks. Occasionally performing heavy lifting tasks. About You: Advantageous: A Forklift license is desirable but not essential. We can support you in obtaining this license if needed. Beneficial: Valid HR License (Heavy Rigid) and experience with heavy vehicle operation, or willingness to obtain. Experience in agriculture, nutrition, hardware or other adjacent trades such as plumbing and fencing. A strong desire to work in retail sales and some experience in this field will be beneficial, however training will be provided. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. Exposure to stock control is advantageous but not essential. Proficiency in using computer software, including MS Office and online banking.
