The Role As Sales Specialist, you’ll step into a pivotal role: growing the customer base and driving adoption of a proven product suite. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, identifying new opportunities, building meaningful client relationships, and delivering solutions that make a real difference to care providers and the people they serve. This isn’t just about closing deals, it’s about long-term value, problem-solving, and helping clients thrive through better technology. What You’ll Be Doing Proactively identify, contact, and convert new business opportunities, through outbound calls, networking, and creative outreach. Run impactful product demonstrations that highlight how our software addresses sector-specific challenges. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention, upsell opportunities, and long-term success. Own your pipeline and time management, aiming to deliver 5 quality demos per week. Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies. Occasionally travel interstate for key events, conferences, or high-value meetings. Who Are You? Solid experience in B2B business development, sales, or account management, ideally in SaaS or healthcare/NDIS/aged care sectors. Strong communication and listening skills, with a knack for uncovering client needs and aligning solutions. Confident in presenting to diverse stakeholders, from operational teams to executive decision-makers. Comfortable working independently, while contributing to a collaborative, team-first environment. A proactive, improvement-oriented mindset, someone who spots opportunities and takes initiative. Sector experience is a plus, but not essential if you bring the right mindset and drive.
