Your new role As our new Internal Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing efficient and exceptional customer service, primarily in the counter sales area. Your key responsibilities will include: Provision of customer service and sales, including the promotion of an extensive and diverse product set. Actioning customer requests and enquiries face-to-face, over the phone and via email regarding pricing and electrical product information. Liaising with suppliers Inventory management as required. Actively keeping in touch with customers and building strong, long-term working relationships. Ensuring all orders are dispatched accurately and in a timely manner. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and enjoy meeting people and building strong working relationships with customers. A thirst for product knowledge and a real drive to learn new skills and build a long-term successful career. You are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and prepared to think outside the box to provide the best possible solutions for your customers. You are proficient in Microsoft Office (mainly Excel and Word) and demonstrate strong computer skills. You have full Australian working rights, as sponsorship will not be offered for this role.
