Your new role Working within a high-performing team of commercial lawyers, you will be responsible for the following: Assisting with strategic procurements i.e. various goods and services, major research equipment, IT contracts Negotiating various agreements which include educational services agreements, funding agreements, sponsorship agreements, tender documents, agency agreements, collaboration agreements with partner institutions and state/federal departments. Advising on different areas of law, including competition and consumer laws, IP, contract law, privacy laws, dispute resolution.
