How You Will Make Contributions That Matter Join our friendly and growing team as a Retail Sales Assistant in Rochester, VIC. In this role, you will be part of a small, close-knit team on site and over 3,000 colleagues across Australia. Your responsibilities will include: Providing genuine customer service and assisting customers with pricing and product queries. Processing point of sale (POS) transactions. Assisting with store setup and merchandise displays. Receiving inwards goods, unpacking orders, and deliveries. Performing general banking tasks. Occasionally performing heavy lifting tasks. About You A valid driving license is required for this role. A Fork-lift driving license would be ideal. Applicants with a Medium-Rigid Truck driving license would be highly desirable . Experience in retail and farming / agriculture roles. Excellent communication, customer service skills, and ability to build strong relationships. Exposure to stock control is advantageous but not essential. Availability to work business hours Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday morning shifts from 9am-12pm. Proficiency in using computer software, including MS Office and online banking.
