Free parking available on site About the role: This position will be 50/50 warehouse and administration work in a brand new facility in Wetherill Park. 8.00am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities: Administration Duties: Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining inventory records, updating stock lists, filing documents and generating reports as needed Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with both internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate orders, resolve issues and provide timely updates on delivery schedules. MS Office Proficiency: Use MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) to generate reports, update spreadsheets and manage emails. Warehouse Management System (WMS): Utilise WMS to track and manage inventory, process outbound orders, update stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records. Inbound Orders: Efficiently manage the receipt and storage of materials, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper placement within the warehouse. Order Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack and prepare materials for shipment, ensuring all orders are correct and undamaged. Inventory Control: Assist with stocktaking and inventory audits Compliance and Safety: Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety regulations. Ensure the workplace is clean, safe and organised Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in a warehouse or stores environment, preferably with experience using WMS. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Forklift operation experience (LF License).
