A job to be proud of St John WA is seeking a Customer Services Consultant ; you will be responsible for predominately inbound calls regarding First Aid training and products. You will join a passionate and friendly team within a community focused Not for Profit. This is a permanent, full-time position based at our Belmont Head Office , with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM . What you’ll do: Respond and action all phone calls and emails accurately and within an expected time frame to ensure customers’ needs are met Help students in use of systems, accessing information and identifying any outstanding requirements for course completion Identify customer needs to recommend and book any appropriate First Aid training courses or product sale Actively promote and sell St John WA products and services to customers to increase enrolments Some outbound calls regarding existing enquiries. What you’ll need: Minimum 2 years customer service or sales experience A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional telephone manner Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites Professional attitude with an outstanding work ethic Team focused with the ability to work autonomously What’s in it for you?
