About the role Working closely with a Partner with over 15 years’ experience, advising and defending high profile clients on a range of insurance matters, predominantly on indemnity and construction liability. You will manage complex trial and appeal litigation in the District Court, Supreme Court, and Personal Injury Commission. About you: Senior Lawyer ( 5 PQE ); with Strong Academics and Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission Excellent interpersonal & communication skills; Ability to provide legal advice, whilst be commercially minded; and Proven record of success in negotiating and drafting on behalf of clients.
