About the Opportunity We have an exciting full-time permanent opportunity for a Senior Electrician to join our Asset Services team based at Hendra. As a Senior Electrician for CV Asset Services, you will be responsible for: The safe and efficient delivery of electrical maintenance and minor works projects in the Commercial, retail and industrial sectors of the electrical industry Preventative maintenance compliance testing on critical infrastructure Diagnosing and repairing faults on all equipment and installations to ensure safe, optimum operation is sustained Reading, reviewing and interpreting maintenance and repair manuals and installation drawings Delivering works within the timeframes required as per maintenance contracts Providing outstanding customer service and technical solutions to key clients, whilst ensuring a high level of communication Assisting the Service Delivery Manager with quoting and project delivery Maintaining regular communication with your team and supervisors Active participation in paid on-call roster once a week every 2 months on average About You Current Queensland Electrical Workers Licence Current C class Drivers’ Licence (manual) 10 years of experience in the service maintenance industry Ability to complete and pass pre-employment and ongoing drug and alcohol screening Demonstrated experience in electrical service/maintenance project works Good computer and application literacy, and confidence in completing works on mobile application platform Excellent time management and organisational skills Dedicated commitment to electrical standards, regulations, and safe work practices Motivated to work autonomously and within a team environment, playing an active role within the broader team High Risk Work Licence, including EWP and Scissor - desirable but not essential Communications and Data Cabling License with endorsements - desirable but not essential Certificate IV in Hazardous Areas - desirable but not essential As you will be working in secure and sensitive environments, you must be an Australian Citizen and also be able to obtain a current police clearance.
