Your new role Support strong and trusted relationships with internal clients and governance bodies Provide trusted and sensible advice on a broad range of employee relations and conduct-related matters and investigations Assist with the review, legal analysis and preparation of advice to their business clients on a variety of matters while working closely with the organisations' People & Culture, Partner Affairs Office and compliance teams. Provide focused and pragmatic solutions to address legal risk and business problems What you'll need to succeed Admitted to practice as a lawyer in Australia.Ideally, a minimum of 8 years PAE, with experience gained in a reputable mid/top tier firm and/or similar large corporation.Recent experience in providing advice on employment law matters to a similar corporate business is essential.Experience providing advice in partnership law matters will be highly regarded.You have experience in engaging and collaborating with senior management.You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.You can identify and consider critical issues and assess and articulate legal risks.
