We’re seeking a proactive and professional Administration & Customer Service Officer for a 3-month temporary assignment supporting a high-performing team. About the Role: In this front-line and behind-the-scenes hybrid role, you’ll provide warm, professional service to both internal teams and external visitors, while ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities. You’ll be part of a values-led team working together to make a real difference. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality customer service and reception support Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries Assist with travel bookings, office supply orders, and invoice processing Maintain kitchen amenities, communal areas, and office supplies Support internal events and meetings (room set-up, printing, laminating) Manage reception inbox and general admin support across departments Maintain confidentiality and uphold organisational procedures and values What You’ll Bring: Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration or customer service Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong communication and interpersonal skills A calm, empathetic approach when dealing with diverse stakeholders Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organised and professional Team-focused with the ability to work autonomously when required Why Join Us?
