About the Role As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in processing bulk orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring a seamless client experience. You'll work closely with both internal teams and clients to ensure accurate, timely service while maintaining high standards of communication and documentation. This role is ideal for a junior-level candidate looking to grow in a collaborative and fast-moving environment.
