About the Role: You will be an integral member of the Project Team, providing comprehensive project and administrative support to senior leadership and project staff. This varied role offers the opportunity to work on significant, impactful projects and build your expertise within a world-class team. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and document management support to the Project Manager and wider team. Manage project documentation, ensuring adherence to style guides and compliance standards. Coordinate meetings, agendas, facilities, and catering needs. Support onboarding processes and maintain up-to-date project and leave rosters. Ensure clear communication across project teams and assist in document control tasks as needed. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Skills and Experience: Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in project administration or office management. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word (skills assessments may apply). Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills. Knowledge of document control processes and content management systems is advantageous. Ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks effectively, and exercise discretion and initiative. Must have full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available).
