Industrial Sector National Strategy Development Relocation assistance Our client is seeking an accomplished and dynamic Sales Director with extensive experience in the industrial pump industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and executing a national strategy, as well as in developing and mentoring business development managers. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to scale a diverse range of globally leading pump brands and technologies. You will lead a high-performing team of business development managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement and will be someone who thrives on the challenge of developing a comprehensive national sales strategy. Driving growth and market share for a diverse range of pump brands, accessories and technologies across the APAC region you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, engineering and operations. Suitable candidates will have a minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the industrial pump industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. You will have proven success in building and executing sales strategies and scaling business operations. You will have strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of developing high-performing teams. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions is important. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization. Tertiary qualifications or a Bachelor or advanced degree in business, Engineering, or a related field would be an advantage. Technical knowledge with a deep understanding of industrial pump technologies and applications or similar is required. National travel will be required.
