15th May, 2025 Location: Alexandria Work Arrangement: 5 days in Office Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 Super Role Summary: The HSE Administration Support will assist the HSE Coordinator in managing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance and auditing tasks across multiple projects within the Fit Out and Refurbishment sector. This administrative role involves supporting the coordination of HSE documentation, managing records for audits and inspections, and ensuring that all necessary compliance information is accurately maintained to support the smooth running of the HSE department. Key Responsibilities: Assist the HSE Coordinator with the preparation and organization of HSE documentation for audits, inspections, and compliance checks. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of safety protocols, compliance documents, and audit findings to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Help manage scheduling and logistics for site audits, inspections, and HSE meetings. Ensure all HSE-related documentation is easily accessible and well-organized for internal and external audits. Assist in the preparation of reports related to HSE performance, audit results, and compliance status. Communicate with internal teams, external clients, and auditors to ensure compliance requirements are met. Assist with maintaining ISO 45001 documentation and supporting efforts to ensure ongoing compliance with relevant accreditation standards. Provide administrative support for HSE meetings, including taking minutes, preparing agendas, and ensuring follow-up actions are documented and completed. Key Attributes and Experience: Previous experience in administrative support, preferably within HSE, compliance, or auditing roles. Experience using Procore or a similar Management System. Strong attention to detail, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date for audits and inspections. Familiarity with HSE regulations, compliance standards, and auditing practices. Basic understanding of ISO 45001 and other safety management systems is an advantage. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal teams, auditors, and clients. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.) and the ability to learn new systems quickly. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong interest in supporting HSE compliance and auditing efforts across various projects. Apply For Job
