Working to gain experience across customer service and clinical support, you’ll support and empower clients of all backgrounds. Working side by side with people who go the extra mile, you’ll also love the feeling of helping children and adults who need you. Across twelve (12) months you will work full-time and be provided with paid, practical experience alongside experienced supervisors and study towards a nationally recognised Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance . Duties Include: Greet clients and attend to all counter and telephone enquiries Cover reception and undertake general administration duties including booking client appointments, processing claims, data entry and monthly reports Liaise with clients comprising of children and adults, some with complex needs, as well as clients with multicultural & Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds Perform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting Assist Clinicians with the provision of clinical services including identifying client needs, offering professional advice and demonstrating the use of hearing aids This role will require regular travel to remote communities in various locations About You: Passion for providing excellent customer service Excellent communication skills Adaptable to change Friendly and welcoming nature Great team player Thrive working under time constraints Work effectively as part of a team and under limited supervision Role Requirements: Hold a current driver’s licence Current National Police Check (or willing to obtain) Ability to build rapport with a variety of people and groups Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office How to Apply: Click Apply and complete the online application form, attaching a copy of your resume and cover letter outlining your suitability for the available role.
