This is a varied and vital role providing administrative, reception, and sales support across the business. You’ll be the go-to person for internal teams, customers, and suppliers — ensuring dayto day operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for liaison between suppliers, answering customer queries, preparing quotes, processing purchase orders and invoicing. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy multitasking, and love being the one who keeps things moving, this is the role for you. You Will Be A confident communicator Comfortable handling customer and supplier queries professionally Industry experience - manufacturing ,construciton or similar environment Preparing quotes for parts and services Responsible for opening job cards, data entry, and preparing for invoicing Ordering stationery and uniforms as needed Processing purchase orders and maintaining the incident register Collaborative, organised, and a clear communicator To Be Successful, You’ll Have Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar administration role Strong Microsoft Office skills An efficient worker, organised and Excellent organisation and time management Professional presentation and a positive attitude If this sounds like the role for you please contact Caitlin - [email protected] // 02 8320 0683
