Education and Qualifications required for this position Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Economics / Law / Business Key Accountabilities Demonstrate a personal commitment to the SHE Cultural Framework, policies, Safety Essentials and Management System requirements and expectations; Develop and maintain an awareness of SHE hazards and associated risks and demonstrate a commitment to eliminate or minimise those risks; Understand and effectively undertake SHE accountabilities. Effectively managing the administration of all subcontract and supplier contracts Managing the financial administration for the project Managing the site office administration for the project Assisting the Project Manager in the preparation and review of the project monthly report including providing workings completed, programme and cost data Developing and managing own work schedule to deliver required outputs to expected quality and within timeframes Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and all relevant Company and Group policies and processes.
