As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll take charge of the entire UX/UI design process—from planning to execution—on various impactful projects. With a focus on superannuation portals, advice, and engagement materials, you'll ensure that every design solution not only charms our customers but also creates meaningful connections in moments that truly matter. What you’ll be doing Lead the design process for innovative, user-centered products and services Be the go-to UX expert for multiple exciting projects Use Design Thinking to drive the creation of seamless, engaging experiences Balance research insights, feedback, and your creativity to deliver the best design solutions Test and refine designs with real users—advisers, clients, and internal teams Influence and collaborate with a cross-functional team, building strong relationships along the way What you will bring A passion for UX design with a sharp eye for detail, creativity and a real commitment to your craft Experience with enterprise-level design solutions and ideally, exposure to the financial services industry Mastery of Figma (or similar design tools) and a deep understanding of design patterns and prototyping The ability to lead and collaborate with a diverse team while influencing stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills—making the complex simple and the simple brilliant A mindset that sees challenges as opportunities for growth and innovation Find the better way What gets us excited about working here?
