People & Culture Advisor (Part-Time) – Milton We’re seeking a People & Culture Advisor to join our client in a newly created role designed to support continued growth. This is a part-time, flexible opportunity for an experienced HR generalist who thrives in a values-led, collaborative environment. About the Role: Reporting to the Director – People and Culture, you’ll provide advisory support to both Team Leaders and team members across all stages of the employee lifecycle. This includes HR compliance, policy advice, onboarding/offboarding, L&D coordination, culture and wellness initiatives, and performance development. We’re looking for someone who can build strong relationships, work independently, and contribute to a positive, respectful, and inclusive team culture. Key Responsibilities: Advise leaders and employees on HR policies, performance, and employee relations Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, movements, and exits Ensure compliance with HR policies, training, and performance processes Support Diversity & Inclusion, Reconciliation Action Plan, and wellness initiatives Administer L&D programs and deliver non-technical training (e.g., goal setting, recruitment) Coordinate reward and recognition programs Support HR data and analytics for reporting and insights Contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices and culture initiatives About You: 3–5 years’ experience in a generalist HR or advisory role Strong interpersonal and communication skills Highly self-sufficient – no micromanagement needed Committed to inclusive, values-led people practices Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a growing business Relevant qualifications in HR or Business (desirable) Key Details: Part-time (3 days/week or spread across 4–5 days) Location: Milton (New Office) 3 days in-office, potential for 1-day WFH ASAP Start Friendly, transparent, respectful and collaborative environment Competitive Salary To express your interest, please apply with your CV and a short cover letter.
