The Role: Working 3 days per week and a Saturday supporting a Senior Property Manager, this is a fast paced position. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for: Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone Conducting open homes and open for inspections Routine inspections Diary Management Preparing lease sign ups and lease packs Reference checking Reviewing application forms The Candidate: A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License Strong communication skills – both written and verbal Maintain a high quality of customer service A self starter and office motivator A good attitude!
