The Role As a Administrator your duties will include but not be limited to: Administration duties in relation to insurance policies Customer service to current members - handling general enquires Assist the claims officers with administration for the team Interacting with customers over the phone and emails Adhering to the companies policies and procedures in regards to providing assistant to customers Administration duties and logging information into systems Ad hoc admin duties We are looking for: Extensive Admin experience required Insurance experience is ideal Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and work within a team as well as autonomously Full working rights in Australia Full vaccination status What Next?
