The role We are looking for an innovative, system focused retail operations specialist - someone who enjoys the challenge of simplifying operational manuals, optimising store tools and systems always with the store team front of mind. More about the role • System Simplification, streamline our current systems and processes to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. • Cost Reduction Initiatives, continually review how we operate to create ways to reduce operational costs whilst maintaining service quality. • Data Analysis, interpret operational data to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of process enhancements to overall business objectives. • Be the subject matter expert across enterprise to drive continuous improvement across all operational activities. • Champion frontline feedback as a tool to enable increased productivity. About you • Extensive experience in retail operations, with a proven track record in strategic. • Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality. • Proficiency in retail systems with a strong understanding of technological solutions to optimize operations. • Ability to simplify complex processes with a user-centric approach – keep it simple for stores! • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data. • Demonstrated experience in identifying and implementing cost reduction strategies. • Strategic thinking combined with a practical, hands-on approach • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work in an agile, evolving environment Bonus points if you have: • Experience in chapter or squad-based agile organisations • Continuous improvement, change or process certifications.
