We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Specialist Driver to join our team based in Richlands. This role offers an immediate start, with standard hours from Monday to Friday, starting at 6:00 AM. Finish times may vary depending on delivery volume, and flexibility to work occasional overtime is required. Key Responsibilities Include: Delivering and collecting customer cartons across multiple stops (up to 40 deliveries per day) Loading and unloading cartons safely and efficiently Handling and processing freight documentation, including con-notes Using a PDA to scan freight in and out of the vehicle Identifying potential new business opportunities during customer interactions Building and maintaining strong rapport with existing and potential clients To be successful in this role, you must have: A valid and clean driver's license Excellent customer service skills Previous delivery driving experience in a similar role Competence in using PDAs or similar scanning devices Strong communication skills and the ability to represent the business professionally Sound geographical knowledge of Brisbane and surrounding areas A strong focus on attention to detail, accuracy, and following procedures High awareness of workplace safety standards The ability to pass a Police Check A proactive attitude and willingness to assist other departments within the warehouse when needed If you are reliable, professional individual who thrives in a customer-focused role and enjoys being on the road, we'd love to hear from you.
