Customer Service Representative - Newcastle Start date: 11th June 2025 Our NSW Government client is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their team in Newcastle. In this role, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful resource for their customers, providing information, resolving queries, and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. We're seeking individuals with 2-3 years of customer service experience, whether in a contact centre or face to face or similar setting You'll need excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to quickly learn new systems. Flexibility to work across a rotating roster is also key. Key Details: Location: Newcastle, NSW Contract Duration: Start date is - Mid November, 2025 (possibility for extension) Hours: Up to 7 hours per day, 35 hours per week Roster: Rotating roster between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday, including Public Holidays. Shifts rotate every four weeks and will not be the same for two consecutive rotations (early, mid, late shifts). Pay: $34.59 per hour Superannuation. Weekend / shift worker rates apply in line with Private Clerks Award Training: Full-time (35 hours per week) on-site training and nesting for approximately 12 weeks.
