This well-regarded business has substantial scale and significant growth plans. About the role An opportunity has been created for a senior projects and construction lawyer with experience in PPPs to join our client’s high quality in-house legal team. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will partner closely with key executives and provide support the bidding for and delivery of complex infrastructure projects. Your key responsibilities will include: Supporting key executives in negotiations with partners and project proponents. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of project documentation including joint venture and consortium agreements. Assessing project risk from a sponsor and contractor perspective. Advising on D&C, O&M and procurement contracts. Working with and instructing external counsel. About you You will be a senior lawyer with experience in PPP bids and project delivery. You will have the confidence to work autonomously with the business, providing pragmatic legal advice and support to senior stakeholders. Experience working with consortium partners and managing external counsel on complex transactions will be an advantage.
