About the role As the Receptionist / Administrator, you will be based at the front desk and will be the first point of contact to provide client and administrative support to the team, ensuring all clients receive exemplary customer service and a positive experience. Duties Answer all incoming phone calls and direct enquiries Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the team Set up new clients Client administration and maintenance of associated accounts Event management Diary management including making and confirming client appointments Communication with the ATO and other government departments Assist with lodgment of client documentation Maintenance of the company website Office management Skills & experience Intermediate MS office skills Impeccable telephone manner Professional written and verbal communication Excellent attention to detail Commitment to the highest standard of confidentiality, professionalism, and quality client service A positive proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow Ability to work independently but also within a team Ability to work well to deadlines and under pressure Culture & benefits Large open plan, modern office space (with beautiful river views!)
