Business Administrator Location- Mackay The opportunity: We have an opportunity for a 12-month contract for someone to join our dynamic team as a Business Administrator. You’ll be involved in: This role assists the Mackay urban bus network by providing a range of administrative services, including payroll processing and the assessment and management of school transport applications Responsibilities also include managing smart card applications, preparing regular and ad-hoc reports, and engaging with schools, parents, and other stakeholders on bus pass eligibility and related matters. Supports invoicing, accounting tasks, and general administrative duties. The boxes you'll tick: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to draw out meaningful information and deliver in a fast-paced environment. Highly developed time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
