About the role Mercy Community Services are on the lookout for an Administration Assistant on a Permanent Part Time basis . Your role will be based in Rockhampton at our Bethany Aged Care facility in the Range. The Administrative Assistant provide a full range of administrative, reception and customer service duties in support of service delivery to residents, managers, staff and visitors. Your role involves but not limited to: All residents and visitors to Aged Care Services are greeted in a welcoming, professional, and timely manner All deliveries are received and accounted for in accordance with receiving procedures or redirected as required Respond to resident enquiries Be responsible for the data management and administration of relevant IT systems About you Relevant qualification in business administration or equivalent experience Demonstrated ability to competently use a range of computer IT systems including MS Word and Excel Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
