A market leading Australian owned Transport and Logistics company is looking for their next Customer Service Administrator. Duties include: Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner. Provide information and updates regarding deliveries, products, and logistics processes. Assist customers with booking, tracking orders, and resolving issues. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to team initiatives. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Experience required: Previous experience in customer service and / or administration - preferably in the transport and logistics industry but not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Have the ability to think on their feet and make decisions confidently. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience.
