Your Role: As a Casual Early Childhood Educator, you will: Create nurturing, engaging learning environments for children. Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula. Assess children's progress and document their development. Build strong relationships with families to support each child's growth. Ensure high-quality care and compliance with industry standards to support children's holistic development and lifelong learning. What You Bring: Qualifications: Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent). Certifications: Current and valid Working With Children Check and First Aid Certificate, including training in asthma and anaphylaxis. Skills: Ability to provide a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all children. Attributes: Understanding of developmental milestones, capability to design and evaluate appropriate programs, strong communication skills, and adaptability to various situations in an early childhood setting. Desirable Skills and Knowledge: Familiarity with the national early learning framework for children from birth to five years. Understanding of the standards and assessment process to ensure quality service. Respect and understanding of diverse cultures, families, and individual children's needs. Proficiency in using computers and relevant software to document children's learning and development. Previous experience as an Educator, Assistant Educator, Childcare Assistant, or similar role.
