Position: Full-Time Admin Assistant We are seeking a reliable and experienced Admin Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Perform a range of administrative and office duties, including answering telephone queries, maintaining files, making appointments for injured workers with consultants, creating and managing files (both electronic and paper), handling funding requests, and assisting Consultants with report production. Schedule appointments for the team in line with our administration manual and service level agreements. Monitor and action emails. Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders, ensuring a professional and helpful approach. What We’re Looking For: Strong experience in office administration. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office and a quick learner of new systems. Highly organised with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks. Experience or knowledge in Workers’ Compensation or Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is highly regarded. Why Join Nabenet?
