About the Role We are seeking compassionate and experienced support workers with a strong background in assisting individuals with physical disabilities and mental health challenges to join our team in Brisbane's northside. Qualifications & experience Certificate III in Individual support or other relevant qualifications is preferred, but not essential. Passion for learning and compassion towards people with disabilities Extensive experience with mental health and physical disability is highly valued. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders. Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices. NDIS workers screening check is required prior to commencement. Availability of minimum 2–3 shifts per week, including nights and sleep over shifts. Possess an open driver's license and own transportation. Experience with manual handling practices is highly desired. Tasks & Responsibilities Respond to clients' needs and work collaboratively with their families, support networks, and other stakeholders in their lives. Accurately document activities, progress notes, and incident reports in a timely manner. Implement PBSP strategies when required, with training provided where necessary.
