Contracts Administrator Gold Coast $50m Contracts Administrator – Commercial & Residential Projects Location: On-site – Gold Coast, QLD Project Value: $50M–$100M We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team on a high-profile commercial new build and residential mixed-use project located on the Gold Coast. This is a full-time, on-site role offering long-term stability with a reputable builder working on projects valued between $50 million and $100 million. About the Role As the Contracts Administrator, you will work closely with the Project Manager and Site Team to manage all contractual and financial aspects of the project lifecycle, from procurement through to final accounts. Your experience on similar-sized projects in Australia is essential to ensure compliance, accuracy, and cost control. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, negotiate and manage subcontracts and supplier agreements Assist with cost planning, forecasting and reporting Conduct procurement processes, including tender analysis and award recommendations Manage contract variations, progress claims and payment schedules Monitor and report on project budgets, timelines, and financial risks Liaise with internal stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors Ensure adherence to contract terms, construction law and relevant standards Requirements Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator in Australia Proven experience on commercial and/or residential projects valued at $30m Qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field Strong understanding of Australian Standard Contracts Exceptional attention to detail, commercial acumen and communication skills Ability to work in a s ite-based role, 5 days per week in Gold Coast If you are interested in the role, call Albie Coles on 0447 456 763 or email your CV to [email protected]
