About You Excel in complex support environments, including In-Home Supports, Supported Independent Living, Clinical Settings, and Community Access. Maintain effective communication and strong relationships with key stakeholders. Have experience working with complex support needs, implementing Positive Behavioural Support Plans, and handling mental health challenges.
