The Role We’re looking for a Mid-Weight Digital Designer who can own web projects end-to-end while dipping into product and brand when required. You’ll collaborate with strategists, copywriters and developers to deliver conversion-focused marketing sites, feature-rich product pages and the design systems that power them. What You’ll Do Lead website builds. Translate strategy and wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive UIs that balance storytelling with CRO best practice. Craft high-fidelity prototypes. Use Figma (and motion tools if you’re keen) to demonstrate interactions, micro-animations and component behaviours. Design for speed and accessibility. Optimise layouts for performance, WCAG compliance and SEO fundamentals. Build scalable systems. Create component libraries and style guides that developers can integrate directly into Webflow, React, or headless CMS stacks. Validate and iterate. Run user tests, review heatmaps and analytics, and refine designs post-launch to continuously boost engagement metrics. Mentor and collaborate. Provide clear feedback to junior team members, champion design principles in cross-functional meetings, and maintain alignment on project vision. What You’ll Bring 2–4 years’ experience designing high-impact marketing websites and digital products. Portfolio demonstrating your ability to: Drive conversions on landing pages and multi-page sites. Maintain consistency across complex component libraries. Mastery of Figma and solid Adobe CC skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Working knowledge of Webflow, Framer, or component-driven front-end workflows. Solid understanding of UX, information architecture, SEO fundamentals and accessibility standards. Confident communication skills to support design decisions with data and user insights.
