Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Facilities Manager for the team based in Macquarie Park. The rewards: This is an exciting role with a global retail brand based in Macquarie Park. The organisation offers an excellent remuneration package of 155K bonus and a flexible working environment including 1 day working from home. The role: As Facilities Manager, you will engage with internal & external stakeholders to deliver effective facilities services across the portfolio of sites. This includes contractor liaison and negotiation, end-to-end coordination of repairs and maintenance for the stores, budget management, oversight of purchase orders/invoicing, and management of safety info and records. The candidate: To be successful in this role you will have 5 years of facilities management experience ideally from a retailer environment. In addition, you will have exceptional communication skills and an ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
