The Opportunity As a Customer Service Consultant at VitalCALL, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the support they need. You’ll work in a dynamic call centre environment, assisting with inbound and outbound calls, handling customer enquiries, and providing follow-up care to ensure satisfaction and safety. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. Make outbound calls to assist customers with follow-ups, installations, and feedback collection. Provide accurate information about VitalCALL products and services. Handle customer queries and concerns effectively while maintaining a focus on exceptional service. Schedule and organise tasks related to customer setups and installations. Maintain and update records in the CRM system. Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and improve customer experience. What We’re Looking For: A passion for customer service and helping others. Strong communication skills with a friendly, empathetic tone. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Experience in a call centre or customer service role (preferred but not essential).
