Working across our switchboard, concierge and reception operations, you'll benefit from the variety our hospital offers every day. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a healthcare leader and a highly experienced team, all within a secure and supportive organisation. What You'll Be Doing Providing exceptional customer service to staff, patients, visitors which may include: Answering and redirecting incoming calls through our switchboard system Concierge duties - greeting patients and visitors at the main hospital entrance Responding to emergency calls in a timely manner and accurately transmitting messages via the relevant system Giving directions in accordance with our way-finding procedure Booking of taxis and couriers as requested Assisting with general enquiries Clerical and administration assistance including data entry, filing, sorting What We're Looking For Experience in a similar role delivering a high level of customer service Experience operating directory software including messages, Durapage paging system, call centre software, TTY telephone and public address systems (desirable) Professional demeanour and phone manner Sound technology skills (MS Office and ability to learn new software with ease) Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters Great attention to detail and strong time management abilities A team player who embraces new challenges with a positive outlook We have both casual positions (requires flexibility throughout the week) and permanent part time positions available (shifts are available from Mon-Sun 6AM-11PM throughout the week).
