We are recruiting for a customer-focused and driven Sales Associate to support the Sales Team in delivering exceptional experiences and achieving strong results across our clients projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment. Working across multiple estates/projects, including some weekend shifts, you’ll be a key part of our frontline team—ensuring every customer interaction reflects our client's commitment to quality and care. Your Impact: Deliver outstanding customer service to prospective buyers, builders, and key partners Provide weekend coverage at sales offices and manage walk-in enquiries Maintain and update customer databases, sales traffic, and competitor reporting Assist with contract workflows and post-sale settlement processes Keep sales offices presentation-ready, stocked, and running smoothly Support marketing campaigns, launches, and estate events What You’ll Bring: A passion for property and a customer-first mindset Strong interpersonal and communication skills Previous experience in a administration support role Attention to detail and confidence managing data and CRM systems Flexibility to work occasional weekends and travel across project locations in Perth Awareness of the property market and ability to build industry relationships. Property industry knowledge is a plus, but not essential — our client will support your development every step of the way.
