OFFICE MANAGER | CONSTRUCTION — Smeaton Grange, Camden Area

About the role: Full-function accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, bank reconciliations, BAS preparation, and debtor/supplier management. Creating quotes/invoices, tracking job costs, allocating expenses, and maintaining accurate records in Xero. Managing daily office operations, insurances, registrations, onboarding admin, and compliance documentation. Preparing reports and supporting financial and operational decision-making. What we're looking for: 3 years in an Office Manager, Finance Officer, or Senior Administrator role Strong experience in construction, trades, or subcontracting environments Proven ability to manage payables, receivables, and payroll independently Hands-on experience with Xero for invoicing, reconciliation, and payroll Exposure to BAS, GST, superannuation, and STP reporting Comfortable supporting directors or owners in a small to mid-sized business Experience managing compliance documentation, job folders, and insurances Benefits: Office Manager Southwest Sydney Up to $90K Super 5% Super Massive emphasis on company culture!
