Thriving business in the trades industry Supportive team culture Our client, an established and fast-growing business in the construction industry, is seeking a proactive Office Administrator for their office in Lidcombe. The business has gone from strength to strength in recent years, this newly created position will play a critical role in supporting day to day operations and senior leadership, ensuring the smooth running of the business and wider team. We're looking for someone who is reliable, organised and brings a positive energy to the team. You Will Be Acting as support to the Director and wider team of technicians Providing estimating support, supplier pricing coordination, and job costing Managing Procurement & Orders, tracking overseas purchases, liaising with suppliers and freight providers, and ensuring accurate and timely deliveries Providing general administration dutes, handling insurances, leave tracking, internal compliance, and ad hoc administrative needs Assisting with invoicing, purchase orders, and MYOB administration (experience with MYOB preferred but not essential). About You 3 years of office management experience—ideally within the construction, trades, or building sector You’re a confident multitasker who can juggle competing priorities with ease Your communication is clear and professional with a positive attitude Experience with MYOB or similar office platforms is a bonus, and any familiarity with supplier coordination, logistics, or job costing This is an office based rolein Lidcombe with on-site parking.
