Your new role The Contracts Administrator will work closely with a Project Manager, ensuring seamless financial and contractual management of assigned projects. Responsibilities will include: Pricing negotiations with subcontractors and securing the best outcomes for all stakeholders. Managing payments and variations to ensure accuracy and compliance. Invoice oversight, ensuring correct timing based on project milestones Defects management, negotiating claims and resolutions. Building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. Driving long-term project success through proactive contract administration. This role is based in the companys brand-new Newcastle office, working on an aged care refurbishment project in North Sydney. The successful candidate will travel to Sydney once a month with the Project Manager. Accommodation and a car allowance/company car will be provided for travel. What you'll need to succeed 3-5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator Experience in aged care and education projects A team-player attitude, able to collaborate with a team of 3 other CAs Strong financial and contract management expertise. A proactive approach to problem-solving and negotiation.
